What to Expect
Support can begin with identifying the individual’s capabilities, interests, and areas where additional preparation may be needed for employment. Depending on the individual’s goals, services may then move through job preparation, skills training, job searching, applications, interview preparation, and employment-related support. When additional training or assistance is identified, support can address specific work skills, workplace behaviors, accommodations, or other requirements associated with pursuing and retaining employment.
