Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), formerly called ADD. It is a brain disorder characterized by a continuing pattern of impulsivity-hyperactivity and/or inattention that can interfere with an individual’s functioning. Adults with ADHD may have trouble managing time, being organized, setting goals, and holding down a job.
